Ken Dobell is an accomplished Brand & Digital Marketing Executive with over 30 years of extensive international experience in brand building, go-to-market campaign design, integrated marketing, and digital performance media. Known for his award-winning creative expertise, Ken has a proven track record of success in brand positioning and omnichannel marketing strategy and execution.
Currently in high demand as a consultant, Ken has successfully implemented numerous 360° agency, adtech/martech ecosystem (re)designs, customer journey mapping, content personalization initiatives, data-driven audience strategies, digital transformations, and (re)branding and productization mandates for a diverse array of brands, including KeurigDrPepper, Coveo, Buzzfit Gyms, and Kaleido Financial Growth (via KPMG). He is currently retained as a consultant to Eddyfi Technologies, NDT Global, and Previan, among others.
In addition to his consulting work, Ken serves as a Senior Strategist with Toronto-based open agency CollectiveIQ, where he supports clients such as the Canadian Medical Association and Vencora. He also advises various organizations, including neuro-research innovator True Impact, genAI startup Maket, and New York digital media agency Butler/Till. Ken holds several fractional Chief Marketing Officer roles, including with Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC), the breakthrough quantum cyber security startup Quantropi, and LegalTech SaaS company Estateably. From February 2019 to July 2020, he also served as the fractional CMO of the mobile marketplace app HeyBryan.
As President of DAC Group Digital from 2007 to 2013, Ken led the transformation of an offline ad brokerage model into a cutting-edge, multinational data-driven digital performance marketing agency, powered by unique proprietary technology. Ken graduated from McGill University in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages & Linguistics. He is fully bilingual in French and English and splits his time between Montreal’s vibrant Mile End neighborhood and a remote west-coast island property with his wife.
