She managed multi-million-dollar client portfolios, led cross-functional teams of up to 50 professionals, and played a pivotal role in scaling a regional office from 50 to 150 employees—demonstrating both operational acumen and a strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Throughout her career, Karen has been at the forefront of major financial and strategic events. She has led and advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, spin-offs, and IPOs, ensuring financial integrity and seamless execution during periods of transformation. Her expertise in capital markets, including equity and debt transactions, has made her a valuable advisor to organizations preparing for public offerings or navigating complex financing structures. Karen’s industry experience is both deep and broad, with a primary focus on real estate and hospitality, including timeshare, REITs, and large-scale development projects.
