Uno & Associates, Inc., he has been instrumental in shaping the architectural, engineering, and design landscape across the Pacific. His expertise extends from small-scale remodels to large-scale structural projects, covering diverse locations such as Hawaii, Japan, Okinawa, Guam, throughout the Pacific and beyond.
In January 2025, Joseph launched Your Two Minute Mentor, a platform dedicated to sharing bite-sized, impactful insights on leadership and management. Through this initiative, he distills his years of experience into practical advice, helping professionals develop strategic thinking and leadership skills in an accessible format. His commitment to mentorship and professional growth reflects his passion for fostering the next generation of leaders.
