During his 32-year tenure, he played an instrumental role in developing sales organizations, expanding distribution channels, and building relationships with brokers, agents, and general agencies across the country. His leadership helped strengthen Humana’s market presence while creating scalable growth strategies that delivered measurable business results. As Vice President of Sales for Humana’s National Distribution Hub, John oversaw complex distribution strategies and national sales initiatives that supported organizational growth across multiple market segments. Prior to that role, he served as Vice President of Sales for the Broker and General Agency Channel, where he leveraged his deep understanding of intermediary distribution to strengthen relationships and expand market opportunities.
