    Joel Jeselsohn is a highly accomplished international finance and operations executive with more than 25 years of proven leadership experience across financial services, SaaS, B2B, and enterprise software sectors. He is widely recognized for his ability to drive strategic growth, operational transformation, and value creation for organizations ranging from early-stage innovators to large-scale, publicly traded and PE-backed companies. Throughout his distinguished career, Joel has demonstrated a consistent ability to merge financial discipline with visionary business planning, supporting global expansion, M&A integration, IPO readiness, and complex system automation initiatives.

    Joel most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Tangoe, Inc., a leading technology expense and asset management platform backed by Marlin Equity Partners. In this role, Joel led a finance and legal organization of 40+ professionals and worked in close partnership with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation, and financial performance. Under his leadership, Tangoe achieved significant operational improvements, including $20M+ in cost reductions, 23% EBITDA margins, and the implementation of advanced FP&A and billing systems to support scalable, data-driven decision-making.

    Prior to Tangoe, Joel was CFO at Relayr, a MunichRe-owned IIoT platform based in Berlin and Chicago. There, he established the company’s global finance organization and played a key role in the development of a groundbreaking Equipment-as-a-Service model for industrial clients. He also held a lead financial role in preparing American Well (now Amwell) for its successful IPO, overseeing M&A due diligence, ASC 606 implementation, and internal control enhancements.

    Joel spent over a decade at ClickSoftware, serving in multiple finance and operational leadership roles as the company grew from $16M to $130M in revenue. As Group CFO, he guided the organization through its sale to Francisco Partners for $438M in 2015. The company was later acquired by Salesforce in 2020 for $1.3B. His early experience includes CFO roles at NUR Macroprinters and senior audit work at Ernst & Young Israel, where he supported IPOs on both the NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

    Multilingual and globally experienced, Joel has led business operations across the U.S., Europe, Israel, India, Latin America, and the APAC region. He brings extensive cross-border expertise in international taxation, financial compliance, ERP/CRM implementation, and regulatory oversight. Fluent in English, German, Swiss-German, and Hebrew, he is adept at navigating complex multicultural environments and building high-performing international teams.

    Joel holds an MBA and BA in Finance and Accounting from Bar Ilan University in Israel and is a licensed CPA through the Israeli Board of Public Accountants. He is also a FinOps Certified Practitioner and completed the Executive Negotiation Program at The Wharton School.

    Deeply committed to organizational success and shareholder value, Joel is currently exploring board and advisory opportunities where he can contribute his strategic, financial, and operational expertise. He currently serves on the board of a nonprofit school and has held formal board and advisory roles in past executive positions.
