In this role, she had full P&L responsibility for a business generating $820 million in revenue, overseeing seven manufacturing facilities and a workforce spread across multiple locations. Under her leadership, Jessica developed and executed a comprehensive growth strategy that drove annual EBITDA growth by 26% despite an 18% market contraction. She also spearheaded a successful restructuring of the engineering and drafting departments, including the creation of a start-up in Costa Rica, which resulted in an 8% reduction in operational costs and a 3% reduction in lead times.

    During her tenure at Cornerstone, Jessica was a key figure in reshaping the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) platform. As a member of the DE&I Council, she played a pivotal role in integrating DE&I initiatives into the company’s broader business objectives. Her efforts helped create a more inclusive workplace culture aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

    Before her time at Cornerstone, Jessica was the CEO of Allura Fiber Cement Siding, a subsidiary of Elementia Group. In this role, she led the integration of three distinct brands into a cohesive and competitive market leader in the U.S. fiber-cement industry. Jessica expanded Allura’s distribution network and built a solid commercial team, contributing to more than 100% revenue growth in the first year alone.

    Jessica’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru, and an Executive MBA focusing on Marketing from the University of Costa Rica. She also holds an Advanced Leadership Certificate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where she enhanced her executive leadership and strategy expertise. Jessica is pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration, specializing in Global Leadership and Management, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
