    Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Finance & Strategy (CFO) at Sustane Technologies Inc., Fraser plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s financial health and strategic direction.     Before joining Sustane, Fraser held executive leadership roles at Tandus Centiva (a Tarkett company) and led the transformation of the company’s manufacturing operations in Canada. As Vice President of Manufacturing, he championed a world-class manufacturing program, reducing safety incidents by 93%, customer claims by 91%, and controllable costs by 15%. His results-driven approach and expertise in lean manufacturing continue to set standards for operational excellence in the industry.

    Fraser’s career has also been shaped by his work at Innovacorp, where he facilitated the launch of multiple renewable energy and cleantech companies. As Business Development Manager, Fraser demonstrated his adeptness in fostering sustainable innovation. His efforts helped establish new industrial solutions for Nova Scotia, including projects focused on wood-to-diesel conversion, renewable energy storage, and municipal waste-to-energy initiatives. This role underscored Fraser’s commitment to environmental responsibility and economic growth through clean technology.

    Fraser’s strategic insight extends beyond finance and manufacturing into leadership development and organizational transformation. He led the adoption of first-in-kind SAP integration at Atlantic Tractors & Equipment Ltd., enhancing financial operations and efficiency. At J.D. Irving Ltd., Fraser managed key regional and financial operations, including sawmill management and woodlands operations, strengthening value stream partnerships and driving operational renewal in western Nova Scotia.

    Educationally, Fraser is equipped with both a Chartered Accountant designation from ICANS and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University, where he first honed his strategic and financial acumen.
