His roles in operations, marketing, work procurement, proposal development, design management, and pre-construction services gave him unmatched insight into the forces that drive performance, collaboration, and profitability on both large-scale projects and within rapidly growing companies.
As his career progressed, Eric became known not only for his strong operational command but also for his natural ability to bring order to complexity. Eric’s entrepreneurial leadership emerged prominently in 2014 when he became a co-founder of Old Elk Distilleries in Fort Collins, Colorado. As a member of the founding team, he played a key role in strategic business planning, systems development, supply chain structuring, product development, and process engineering. His work during this period reinforced his passion for helping organizations scale with intention—balancing creativity with disciplined execution while ensuring the foundational systems are in place for long-term stability.
Building on these experiences, Eric launched 44 North USA in 2015, where he now serves as founder, strategic facilitator, and coach to executives and leadership teams across the country.
