A retired U.S. Marine Corps Master Sergeant, he has served in key leadership roles within U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), including as CBP Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa, where he oversaw border security operations across 16 African nations. His expertise spans security assessments, risk mitigation, international trade compliance, and interagency collaboration, making him a trusted advisor to government entities, law enforcement agencies, and private-sector organizations. From my 27 years with the Cincinnati Police Department to my current role as Corporate Loss Control Manager at Rumpke Consolidated Companies, I’ve focused on protecting people, mitigating risks, and leading critical investigations. As President of Crime Prevention Solutions, Inc., I specialized in crime prevention consulting and training, and I continue to work with teams to develop safety protocols and build meaningful partnerships.
