From my 27 years with the Cincinnati Police Department to my current role as Corporate Loss Control Manager at Rumpke Consolidated Companies, I’ve focused on protecting people, mitigating risks, and leading critical investigations. As President of Crime Prevention Solutions, Inc., I specialized in crime prevention consulting and training, and I continue to work with teams to develop safety protocols and build meaningful partnerships.
