Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead global talent initiatives, build and scale teams, grow sports organizations, embrace emerging technologies, and learn from both successes and setbacks. Those experiences have shaped how I approach leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship, and the opportunity to help organizations and people reach their potential. After more than 22 years of helping build and scale teams across the gaming, technology, and creative industries, I've had the privilege of working with incredible organizations including Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Phoenix Labs, and now as Co-Founder of Create Talent Group.
