My expertise in navigating organizational transitions and managing financial complexities has been a key part of my career, from consulting and strategic planning to executive leadership. I’m passionate about enhancing the capacity and performance of nonprofit organizations, and my dedication to guiding these groups through pivotal transformations is reflected in my ongoing contributions and volunteer leadership.

I'm excited to share a bit about my journey as Senior Vice President of Operations at FedEx Office. With over 23 years at FedEx, I lead a talented team of 13,000+ across 2,200 stores and several production facilities, driving strategy, print manufacturing, and more. My career has taken me from District Manager to VP of Human Resources, where I've focused on business growth and operational excellence. Beyond my professional role, I’m proud to have served on the Board of Directors for My Possibilities, a nonprofit supporting adults with cognitive disabilities. I’m passionate about innovation and community impact, and I’m grateful for the opportunities to make a difference.
