Dr. Bill Donoher is a distinguished academic leader and strategic thinker whose career bridges higher education, corporate governance, and legal practice. Currently serving as Dean of the Hasan School of Business at Colorado State University Pueblo, he has led transformative initiatives in accreditation, curriculum development, and stakeholder engagement. With prior leadership roles at Georgia College, Ball State, and Missouri State, Bill is known for his student-centered approach, faculty empowerment, and innovative programming. His research on corporate ethics, institutional change, and strategic management is widely published, and his teaching spans undergraduate to doctoral levels. Combining a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and a JD in corporate law, Bill brings deep interdisciplinary insight to every aspect of academic leadership.

With a Ph.D. in Higher Education & Organizational Change and over four decades of experience, he has played a pivotal role in guiding universities through accreditation processes, faculty development, and program evaluation. His expertise spans multiple accrediting bodies, including CAEP, NCATE, and HLC, making him a sought-after consultant for institutions seeking to enhance their academic standards. Throughout his career, he has served in leadership roles at Warner Pacific University, Azusa Pacific University, and Point Loma Nazarene University, among others, shaping policies that drive quality and integrity in education. Even after retiring from full-time work, he continues to influence the field through consulting, mentorship, and research, leaving a lasting impact on higher education institutions nationwide.

Dr. Dwight Brooks is a distinguished leader in communication and higher education with a career spanning over four decades. With a Ph.D. in Communication Studies and extensive experience in academic administration, he has held leadership roles at institutions across the United States and internationally, including Zayed University, Hofstra University, and Middle Tennessee State University. His expertise in media, communication, and organizational leadership has shaped innovative programs, strengthened institutional strategies, and fostered inclusive learning environments. A respected scholar, Dr. Brooks has contributed significant research on media representation, race, and culture, further establishing his influence in the field. As he transitions from academia, he seeks new opportunities to apply his leadership, communication, and strategic vision in a meaningful role that continues to drive growth and excellence.
