As Director of the Restoration Consulting Division at Karins Engineering, he brings a strategic blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and client-centered focus to every project. From managing \$500 million hospital reconstructions in New York to directing regional engineering operations across Florida, Arthur has built a legacy of excellence grounded in integrity, innovation, and results.
