Joseph Uno is a visionary leader with over 35 years of experience in project estimation, strategic planning, and leadership development. As the founder and longtime President of J. Uno & Associates, Inc., he built a trusted firm serving the architectural and engineering industries across the Pacific. In 2025, he launched *Your Two Minute Mentor* to share concise, impactful insights on leadership and management, helping professionals develop strategic thinking skills. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University and certifications in project management and sustainable building practices, Joseph continues to influence the industry through his expertise, mentorship, and commitment to innovation.

With more than 40 years of experience and a distinguished career leading HDR’s $120M+ Education & Science practice, Steven is known for his strategic insight, collaborative leadership, and commitment to creating purpose-driven environments that advance health, education, and innovation. Now through Studio Riojas, he continues to guide firms toward growth and impact, combining deep technical expertise with a passion for mentorship and mission-focused design.
