Michael Costa is a seasoned aerospace engineer whose career spans over three decades of groundbreaking contributions to the U.S. Government, military, and leading aerospace organizations. Currently serving as an Industrial Engineer III at Boeing Defense, Space & Security, Michael supports critical programs such as AWACS, Apache, F-15, and KC-46 Tanker, as well as Boeing's commercial ventures like the 777X. His expertise extends beyond aerospace, encompassing information technology, data analytics, AI/ML, and advanced manufacturing. Michael’s innovative leadership has driven cost-saving initiatives, enhanced production systems, and enabled technological breakthroughs. Recognized for his versatility, he has contributed to diverse fields including precision medicine, health informatics, and space systems engineering.
