I’m a seasoned aviation professional with over 35 years of experience in operations research, systems engineering, and program management, supporting organizations like the FAA, NASA, and the DOT Volpe Center. Throughout my career, I’ve led diverse teams and complex projects focused on improving air traffic systems, weather integration, and decision-support tools. I’m passionate about building strong client relationships, driving innovation through data and collaboration, and delivering solutions that make a meaningful impact across the aviation ecosystem.

I’m a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and aerospace executive with over four decades of experience leading complex space launch, rocket propulsion, and defense acquisition programs. Throughout my career—spanning government service and private consulting—I’ve been fortunate to work alongside extraordinary teams advancing national security, aerospace innovation, and strategic planning. Today, I continue to support clients across the defense and intelligence communities, helping them navigate technical and organizational challenges with clarity, purpose, and mission focus.
