His ability to diagnose business challenges, unite cross-functional teams, and build momentum behind a compelling vision made him one of P&G’s most trusted turnaround leaders.

His impact deepened as he moved into the beauty sector, where he revitalized COVERGIRL as General Manager of North America Cosmetics. Under Vince’s direction, the brand experienced unprecedented growth, driven by bold creative, digital reinvention, and a refreshed celebrity roster featuring iconic figures like Rihanna, Ellen DeGeneres, Drew Barrymore, and Queen Latifah. His stewardship helped restore COVERGIRL to cultural relevance and commercial strength, highlighted by the breakthrough “I’m a COVERGIRL” movement. Later, as General Manager for P&G’s beauty portfolio in South Asia, Vince expanded brands across diverse markets, accelerated innovation, and improved profitability while leading multicultural teams throughout ASEAN, A/NZ, India, Korea, and the Philippines.

Vince’s transition from consumer goods to global technology marked the next powerful chapter in his career. At Samsung, he led U.S. mobile marketing with responsibility for nearly $1 billion in budget and a multibillion-dollar product portfolio. He modernized the organization’s marketing discipline, drove value proposition development for flagship device launches, and created strategies that strengthened Samsung’s leadership in the hyper-competitive smartphone market. His work influenced product naming, positioning, and the introduction of breakthrough technologies like Samsung Pay and the Galaxy Edge series.

His leadership continued to expand at Diageo, where he became Global and U.S. SVP for Smirnoff, the world’s largest premium spirits brand. There, he reinvigorated brand purpose, introduced new global packaging and innovation strategies, and reversed years of decline—delivering renewed growth across key markets. His ability to unify global teams around a revitalized vision and reestablish brand momentum demonstrated his mastery in both creative excellence and commercial discipline.

Vince then joined Viacom as Chief Brand Officer for BET, spearheading a strategic modernization of the network’s purpose, visual identity, and marketing approach. He played a pivotal role in defining the BET+ streaming platform and elevating launch strategies for network programming. His work strengthened BET’s positioning as the home of Black culture while expanding its reach to new audiences in an evolving media landscape.

Most recently, at American Express and Meta, Vince expanded his leadership into enterprise-wide strategy, organizational transformation, and cutting-edge digital marketing. At American Express, he shaped the company’s global brand strategy, led brand governance, and evolved the in-house agency that serves 3,500+ marketers worldwide. At Meta, he served as Vice President of Business Audience and Product Marketing, leading an organization of more than 100 people across global business brand strategy, sales enablement, go-to-market execution, and product adoption. He guided the relaunch of the Meta business brand following Facebook’s rebrand and pioneered a new measurement system that delivered statistically significant ROI—cementing his influence at the intersection of marketing, technology, and performance analytics.
