“Make Every Day Count.”

Tony Trexler is a highly accomplished supply chain and logistics executive whose career has been built on delivering operational excellence, financial discipline, and transformational leadership. With more than 40 years of experience across warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, and third-party logistics, Tony has earned a reputation for building high-performing organizations that consistently exceed operational and financial expectations. His leadership philosophy centers on developing people, fostering collaboration, and creating scalable business strategies that generate sustainable growth. Throughout his career, he has combined deep operational expertise with a strong accounting foundation, enabling him to bridge the gap between strategic planning and flawless execution.

Tony’s professional journey began with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University, where he developed the financial knowledge that would become a distinguishing advantage throughout his executive career. Early roles in accounting and manufacturing operations gave him a comprehensive understanding of business fundamentals before he transitioned into supply chain leadership. This unique blend of financial and operational expertise has allowed him to manage complex organizations with full P&L responsibility while making strategic decisions that improve profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Over four decades, Tony has held senior leadership positions with respected organizations including Saddle Creek Logistics Services, DCG Fulfillment, Custom Goods, OHL (now GEODIS), Schneider National, and Creative Memories. His responsibilities have consistently expanded from managing individual operations to overseeing multi-site regional and national logistics networks serving some of the world’s most recognized brands. Whether leading proprietary distribution operations or third-party logistics organizations, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to optimize performance, improve margins, reduce operating costs, and build leadership teams capable of sustaining long-term success.

Most recently, Tony served as Senior Director of Fulfillment Operations for Saddle Creek Logistics Services, where he was selected to lead the company’s expansion into the Las Vegas market. Entrusted with full P&L responsibility, he partnered closely with executive leadership to establish regional operations from the ground up. During his tenure, he successfully launched two new facilities, managed the transition and closure of another operation, and oversaw the successful startup of ten customer accounts while relocating four existing operations without disrupting service. Under his leadership, the Las Vegas region achieved profitability three months ahead of schedule, significantly outperforming original business projections. He also collaborated with engineering teams to implement automated sortation technologies while developing a leadership team that established a strong operational culture from day one.

Prior to Saddle Creek, Tony served as Vice President of Operations for DCG Fulfillment, where he directed multiple warehouse facilities across Southern California. As a member of the executive leadership team, he implemented comprehensive safety initiatives that significantly reduced workplace incidents while introducing standardized building audits that improved compliance throughout the organization. He also implemented labor management systems and KPI reporting that increased production by as much as twenty percent in several facilities. By mentoring General Managers into full P&L ownership roles, Tony strengthened accountability while creating a more financially disciplined leadership structure across the organization.

Tony’s most influential executive chapter came during his six-year tenure with Custom Goods, where he ultimately served as Executive Vice President of Operations. As a key member of the executive leadership team, he helped guide the organization through a period of extraordinary expansion and operational transformation. During his leadership, company operations more than doubled across the United States while achieving average annual operational growth of approximately eleven percent and gross profit growth averaging seventeen percent. He spearheaded leadership development programs, implemented a pay-for-performance system that increased productivity by more than thirty percent, introduced an enterprise-wide inventory management program that maintained 99.5 percent inventory accuracy, and led numerous facility startups, consolidations, and geographic expansions. His strategic contributions played an important role in positioning the company for a successful private equity acquisition, demonstrating his ability to create lasting enterprise value.

Earlier in his career, Tony continued building his executive credentials with OHL, now GEODIS, where he advanced from Director of Operations to Senior Director of Operations. There he assumed broader regional responsibilities while leading several high-profile strategic initiatives, including the consolidation of two major Apple distribution operations into a highly automated facility and the successful startup of a multi-million-dollar hazardous materials operation requiring stringent regulatory compliance. His experience with Schneider National further expanded his expertise by adding transportation operations and freight brokerage leadership to his already impressive logistics background, while earlier manufacturing leadership roles strengthened his understanding of production planning and inventory management.

In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Tony has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to servant leadership through volunteer service. He spent approximately five years serving on the board of the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO), an organization supporting approximately 2,200 youth players and more than 400 volunteers. During two of those years, he served as Regional Commissioner, leading a twelve-member governing board while overseeing organizational planning, volunteer leadership, community engagement, budgeting, and program administration. His experience balancing collaboration, governance, and community service provided valuable boardroom experience while reinforcing the leadership principles that have guided his professional career.

Tony has also been passionate about educating and developing future supply chain leaders. As a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) instructor through APICS, he has taught industry professionals while mentoring countless managers and executives throughout his career. His ability to communicate complex operational concepts clearly has made him an effective presenter, instructor, and executive coach. Whether introducing new warehouse technologies, leading organizational transformation, or helping emerging leaders develop their own management capabilities, Tony has consistently focused on empowering others to succeed.

Now retired from full-time executive leadership, Tony is actively pursuing opportunities to serve organizations as a board member and strategic advisor. His passion for helping businesses build sustainable growth, strengthen operational performance, and develop exceptional leadership teams continues to motivate him. He is particularly interested in companies operating within warehousing, logistics, supply chain, sporting goods, and fitness industries where his extensive experience can contribute meaningful strategic value.
