Timothy Smyth is a seasoned supply chain and systems operations leader with over two decades of success at Boeing, where he has consistently delivered high-impact results across forecasting, compliance, ERP implementation, and cross-functional leadership. As the #1 exporter in the United States, Boeing has provided Tim with a dynamic platform to lead at scale. He currently serves as a Scrum Master for OneSAP, the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) division’s enterprise-wide SAP platform, where he leads a team dedicated to sustainment and system enhancements. His ability to bridge functional requirements with custom IT integrations—using SQL, in-house tools, and COTS platforms—has made him a go-to expert for aligning technology with supply chain and logistics goals.
Tim also brings substantial expertise in global trade compliance, having served as a Subject Matter Expert in ITAR and EAR regulations, where he led the development of export processes, filed voluntary disclosures, and ensured regulatory integrity for international operations. His early experience in asset and property management laid the foundation for his disciplined approach to operational governance and risk mitigation.
A certified SAFe Scrum Master and John Maxwell Certified Leader, Tim complements his hands-on expertise with strong academic grounding. He holds an MBA in Management from Lindenwood University and earned his BS in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.
