    Tim is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer and investor with over 40 years of extensive experience in large public and private companies, small private companies, high-growth venture and private equity-backed businesses and ESOPs. Tim’s transformational leadership has been applied across multiple industries, including healthcare, food and beverage, engineering, and technology, both in the United States and internationally. A graduate of the University of East London, Tim is a qualified FCCA professional (equivalent to a US CPA) and has a strong foundation in financial principles, processes and practices.

    Most recently, Tim served as the Chief Financial Officer at Mott Corporation, where he was instrumental in steering the company through an impressive growth trajectory, increasing revenue from approximately $80 million in 2019 to over $200 million in 2024. Under his leadership, Mott Corporation successfully completed two mergers and acquisitions, culminating in a landmark sale of the company to Idex (IEX) for $1 billion in the third quarter of 2024. His strategic financial planning and operational expertise have enabled him to implement performance metrics that enhance corporate governance and risk management, making him a vital asset to the organization.

    Before joining Mott Corporation, Tim held several key positions that underscored his proficiency in financial leadership and transformation. As the Chief Transformation Officer at Covetrus, he managed the integration of financial operations and identified synergies exceeding $100 million during a significant corporate merger. Prior to that, as CFO at Vets First Choice, Tim was pivotal in scaling revenues from $35 million to over $300 million, ultimately leading to a successful IPO and merger with Henry Schein Animal Health, valued at approximately $1.8 billion.

    Tim’s experience is not limited to corporate environments; he has a proven track record in private equity and venture capital, where he has raised capital and optimized financial processes across various sectors. His expertise encompasses fund raising, sell-side and buy-side process management, budget development, metric development, cash flow management, working capital optimization, and ERP system implementation, allowing organizations to operate efficiently and effectively. His analytical thinking and critical reasoning have been invaluable in driving business growth and transformation initiatives.
