Thomas’s current role is the culmination of a distinguished trajectory at Enghouse Systems, where he has repeatedly been called upon to unify teams, elevate global performance, and lead complex organizational transitions. As Executive Vice President of Global Operations for the Networks division, he oversaw operational teams spanning eighteen countries, directing global SaaS operations, professional services, customer success management, supply chain systems, and renewal organizations. His leadership fortified operational excellence initiatives, strengthened customer satisfaction, and accelerated the integration of newly acquired businesses—reinforcing his reputation as a steady, strategic hand during periods of growth and transformation.

His ability to steer diverse business units toward aligned strategic outcomes demonstrated his exceptional capacity for leading within high-complexity operational ecosystems.
Thomas also made a significant mark as Vice President and Head of the OSS Group at Enghouse Networks. In that role, he successfully integrated three previously separate global business units, unifying Net Boss Service Assurance, Net Designer GIS Network Planning, and the Tollgrade business into a cohesive OSS Group. His leadership in this transition showcased his deftness in cultural integration, organizational restructuring, and establishing governance frameworks that enable both growth and stability.
Before joining Enghouse, Thomas spent eight years with Tollgrade Communications, where he rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer. As COO, he directed the global Broadband Solutions division and supported operations for the Smart Grid business segment. He led global sales and marketing, engineering and product development, supply chain and logistics, and customer support, while driving corporate strategy alongside the CEO. His work strengthened customer satisfaction, improved margins, and advanced Tollgrade’s market position among major global network operators and utilities.
Earlier in his career, Thomas held escalating leadership roles at Ericsson, Marconi, and FORE Systems, where he honed his expertise in supply chain operations, trade compliance, production management, and operations strategy. Across these roles, he developed a deep understanding of global logistics, manufacturing engineering, supplier relationships, and long-range operational planning, forming the technical and managerial foundation that would support his later growth as a global executive.
Thomas’s career is further distinguished by his international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.
