Before joining Groupe Lebel, Terry served as General Manager for Interfor in Northwestern Ontario, where he led a major 150-million-FBM SPF sawmill and its associated forest operations. Terry’s ability to build strong working relationships with employees, contractors, and regional stakeholders became a defining strength in this chapter of his career.

Terry’s leadership tenure at EACOM Timber Corporation added further depth to his profile as a senior operations executive. Overseeing lumber manufacturing and managing procurement, he strengthened supplier relationships, stabilized production, and supported organizational growth. His practical experience, combined with his comfort in high-pressure situations, enabled him to steer teams successfully through demanding periods of transition. He also contributed to strategic decision-making tied to labor relations, capacity planning, and performance management—skills he continues to leverage today.

Earlier in his career, Terry held leadership roles with Twin Rivers Paper Company, and Fraser Papers Inc.where he managed fibre procurement,forestry operations, and supported the company’s broader manufacturing and operational objectives.
