Prior to his tenure at Gallagher, Steven held various influential roles within the benefits ecosystem, including Account Executive at Huntington National Bank and Fortis Insurance Associates, as well as Group Benefits Account Manager at Associated Agencies, Inc. His earlier career in corporate HR at Swedish Covenant Hospital and Standard Parking (SP+) gave him deep experience in performance management systems, wellness programs, HRIS administration, ACA compliance, and benefits communications.
