Currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer for Ardán, Sriram oversees financial strategy, governance, operational performance, and enterprise-wide financial management for a diversified organization operating within the mortgage, title, real estate, insurance, and technology sectors. Ardán’s portfolio of companies provides underwriting, analytics, data, and technology-driven solutions to the financial services and real estate industries, placing Sriram at the center of an evolving and highly dynamic marketplace. In this role, he brings together deep financial stewardship with strategic foresight, helping guide the organization through growth initiatives, operational transformation, and changing market conditions.

Sriram’s leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that finance is not simply a reporting function, but a strategic driver of organizational success. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to build high-performing teams, improve operational efficiencies, strengthen governance frameworks, and create environments where strategic decisions are supported by disciplined analysis and thoughtful execution. His approach combines intellectual rigor with collaborative leadership, enabling him to influence executive teams and stakeholders while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and trust.

Prior to Ardán, Sriram held senior executive leadership positions at Realogy Holdings Corp., where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for Realogy Title Group and the Affiliated Services Division. His work at Realogy reflected his ability to operate effectively at the intersection of finance, operations, and enterprise strategy while navigating large-scale business complexity and market transformation within the real estate and financial services sectors.

Before joining Realogy, Sriram spent nearly eight years with JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he held several senior finance and planning leadership positions supporting some of the institution’s most significant banking divisions. As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for Consumer and Business Banking, he partnered directly with executive leadership teams responsible for retail banking, wealth management, and business banking operations. He is particularly skilled in helping organizations navigate periods of transition, whether through restructuring, expansion, operational modernization, or evolving regulatory requirements.
