The culmination of Sharon’s enterprise impact was realized in her role as Vice President AML Program Delivery, where she led one of RBC’s most significant regulatory transformations in more than a decade. She successfully guided the design and implementation of updates responding to new FINTRAC requirements, navigating a $90 million program that spanned lines of business, platforms, and regulatory stakeholders.
