Currently serving as the President of PS International, Scott leads the company in delivering advanced solutions for industrial wastewater treatment including oil-water separators, lift stations, and specialty storage tanks. Under his leadership, the organization has become a trusted provider of wastewater treatment systems designed to meet U.S. EPA, Clean Water Act, and National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) standards.
Dr. Miller’s journey in geology began with a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He further honed his expertise with a Master of Science in Geology/Water Resources from the University of Wyoming and a Doctor of Philosophy in Geology and Geological Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He then progressed to senior roles at ExxonMobil, where he contributed to major projects in Angola, Canada, the Gulf of Mexico, and Kazakhstan. His innovative reservoir modeling techniques and strategic insights helped prove reserves, optimize production, and enhance operational efficiency.
At Noble Energy, Scott held multiple leadership roles, managing high-profile projects in regions including Suriname, Guyana, Colombia, Nicaragua, Canada, and the Falkland Islands.
