In his role, Ryan leads the region’s end‑to‑end construction strategy, execution, and innovation across one of the world’s most dynamic logistics real estate portfolios. A trusted strategic partner to DHL’s senior leadership, Ryan drives the delivery of mission‑critical industrial facilities that enable the company’s growth, operational resilience, and long‑term competitiveness.
With responsibility for a multibillion‑dollar development pipeline, Ryan oversees all phases of project delivery — from early feasibility and entitlement through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. His leadership included contributions to firmwide strategic planning, safety governance, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives—reflecting his commitment to operational excellence and responsible leadership.
Ryan holds both an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer, LEED® Accredited Professional, and Certified Professional Constructor. He is active in industry organizations including NAIOP, AIRE, and the Design Build Institute of America, contributing thought leadership to the advancement of best practices in development and construction.
