    Robert Morris: Senior Executive with Global Business Expertise and Servant Leadership Focus

    Robert Morris is a seasoned senior executive with over 30 years of international business experience, known for his strong values, servant leadership principles, and culturally sensitive approach to team building.     Since 2023, Robert has served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations & Business Development at Robert Stephen Capital Management in Tulsa. In this role, he oversees the company’s compliance initiatives while playing a pivotal part in business development strategies. His leadership is integral to maintaining regulatory standards and driving organizational growth through strategic partnerships and operational efficiencies.

    From 2013 to 2022, Robert was the owner and CEO of two Home Instead Senior Care franchises in the Oklahoma City metro area. Under his leadership, the franchises achieved remarkable growth, providing essential senior care services with a focus on quality, compassion, and community engagement. His entrepreneurial spirit was also demonstrated through his role as co-business owner and consultant at Energy Bridge Partners, LLC, where he contributed to the firm’s growth and strategic direction from 2014 to 2021.

    Earlier in his career, Robert gained extensive international experience during his tenure at T.D. Williamson, Inc., where he held several senior leadership positions between 2006 and 2013. As Director of Far East Asia Pacific, he was responsible for the division’s full P&L and led the expansion of the company’s footprint across Asia. Under his guidance, the business grew from $18 million to $65 million, with six legal entities spanning the region. He also co-chaired the Global Customer Council alongside the CEO, ensuring alignment between business objectives and customer needs. Additionally, Robert played a crucial role in establishing a manufacturing base in Baroda, India, further solidifying T.D. Williamson’s global presence.

    As General Manager of T.D. Williamson’s Global Pigging Products Group from 2006 to 2008, Robert successfully turned around the division, growing it from $10 million to $30 million in revenue. His leadership extended to the company’s operations in both Tulsa, OK, and Swindon, England, where he implemented key strategies that enhanced efficiency and profitability.

    Robert’s career also includes leadership positions at Braden Mfg. (Global Power Equipment Group), where he held multiple roles between 1998 and 2006, including Vice President of Administration. He led initiatives in project management, sales, sourcing, and Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement, significantly contributing to the company’s growth. His expertise in business development also extended to the parent company, where he evaluated acquisition targets with private equity groups.

    In the early stages of his career, Robert served as a sales engineer at Tower Tech, Inc., and as a business manager at Global Options, LLC, where he provided consulting services to Western firms entering the Russian market during a politically turbulent period.

    Beyond his corporate endeavors, Robert has demonstrated a deep commitment to education and community service. He has served on the board of Oklahoma Baptist University since 2016, holding various leadership roles, including Board Vice Chairman in 2024 and Board Chairman in 2025. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member in international business at Oklahoma Baptist University and an executive advisor to the School of Nursing. Robert’s community involvement extends to his roles as a board member for Spring Valley Ranch, as an equity partner in Flying J Ranch & Hunt Club, and as a deacon at First Baptist Church, Tulsa.

    Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Oklahoma Baptist University, an MBA in International Business from the University of Oklahoma, and completed an Executive Oil & Gas Management Program at Thunderbird International Business.
