Ariel Junqueira-DeGarcia is a distinguished business strategist and executive with over 18 years of experience driving growth and innovation. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Broadridge, a fintech market leader, Ariel has played a pivotal role in driving the development and enablement of AI and other emerging technology. Since starting the role in July 2021, he has partnered with clients to modernize their technology and data to deliver true business value. Examples range from co-creating AI and innovation roadmaps to help clients focus and prioritize the change that matters most to guiding clients through merger integrations that unlock new capabilities for growth while making the organization nimbler and more efficient.
Prior to his role at Broadridge, Ariel was instrumental in the growth and operational optimization of AllyO, an AI startup. He owned the expansion of the customer footprint and the scaling of its operations as the VP of Customer Success and Operations. This meant taking the lead on cultivating executive customer relationships and retaining and generating net new revenue while also building process to scale the on/offshore model of the team. Additionally, he helped the first-time founders raise Series B and secure a successful liquidity event via Allyo’s exit.
Prior to his executive operator roles in tech, Ariel developed a specialization for strategy development to drive repeatable value realization for his clients as an advisor, during his time at global consultancies including Accenture and Ernst & Young, focusing on digital transformation, mergers & and acquisitions (M&A), strategic planning and execution, and operational excellence.
Ariel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College and has furthered his knowledge through the Business Strategy: Accenture-INSEAD Strategy Certificate Programme.
