“Driving Excellence Through Vision, Strategy, and Integrity”

Pablo Estrada stands as a beacon of transformative leadership and management. His experience in engineering, manufacturing and program management enhances his broad strategic perspective. Throughout his career he has seamlessly and successfully navigated the United States military and the civilian industrial sector. With more than 35 years of dynamic experience, Pablo has earned a reputation for merging vision with precision, navigating complex organizational challenges, and delivering innovation in highly regulated and demanding environments. Fluent in both English and Spanish, and with international experience spanning Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Pablo exemplifies what it means to lead with a global mindset while delivering local impact.

From the earliest days of his career as a graduate of the prestigious United States Military Academy at West Point, Pablo has been steadfast in his commitment to excellence. His foundational training in engineering, strategy, and leadership laid the groundwork for a career defined by precision, foresight, and measurable results. Building on this robust academic background, he later completed a Master of Science in Management from Kettering University and enhanced his credentials through advanced military education and elite project management certifications from institutions like Tufts University, Villanova University, and the University of Michigan.

Pablo’s career journey is marked by a series of leadership roles that bridge the defense, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. He has successfully managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, including more than $20 million in U.S. government project funds during his tenure with the Army Futures Command, where he currently serves as Program Manager. His ability to oversee projects at the DE03 level with accuracy and strategic intent has earned him DAIWA Program Management Certification at the Practitioner level—an endorsement of his command of acquisition strategy, financial stewardship, and program execution.

Before his current role, Pablo’s expertise was instrumental at General Motors, where he contributed to the design and installation of conveyor systems across major North American plants. As a Shift Maintenance Manager for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, he directed 48 personnel, overseeing round-the-clock maintenance for Detroit’s Jefferson North Assembly Plant. At General Dynamics Land Systems, Pablo delivered engineering solutions that directly enhanced the performance, usability, and tactical effectiveness of the U.S. Army’s Stryker vehicles. These efforts not only elevated equipment reliability but also contributed to the safety and mission-readiness of America’s soldiers.

Pablo’s talent for driving organizational performance is further evidenced by his success at Delphi, where he pioneered international engineering projects in Poland, India, Italy, and Brazil. His leadership resulted in millions of dollars in capital savings, enhanced plant throughput, and global recognition for excellence in forecasting, program execution, and team training. As a seasoned strategist, Pablo developed and implemented new equipment installation processes that became the gold standard across multiple Delphi manufacturing sites.

Notably, Pablo’s impact is not confined to engineering and project management. He has emerged as a powerful voice for military veterans, speaking at leadership forums and mentoring next-generation leaders with empathy and authenticity. His experience as a U.S. Army War College Fellow and graduate of the General Officer Army Senior Education Program (ASEP) speaks volumes about his strategic acumen and national defense insight. Whether briefing senior military stakeholders or aligning defense acquisition programs with future operational needs, Pablo operates at the nexus of innovation, discipline, and patriotic service.

Pablo’s values-driven leadership is also reflected in his commitment to lifelong learning and continuous improvement. He has successfully blended advanced education in construction engineering, project management, and systems integration with real-world experience in complex, fast-paced environments. This synergy has equipped him with a rare ability to anticipate industry shifts, evaluate future growth potential, and position teams for success even in the face of uncertainty.

As a proud member of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) and the Michigan National Guard Association, Pablo remains deeply engaged in the broader military and veteran ecosystem. His current advisory role with a local men’s club further underscores his community-minded spirit, as he continues to mentor emerging leaders and contribute to initiatives that uplift others.

Pablo is now looking to extend his influence through board service, particularly with organizations in the defense, manufacturing, and national security sectors. He brings a strategic perspective, hands-on experience in large-scale project execution, and a leadership style rooted in trust, results, and collaboration. Eager to share his deep well of knowledge, Pablo is committed to helping boards elevate performance, accelerate innovation, and secure sustainable success.

Above all, Pablo Estrada is a visionary leader with a pragmatic edge—someone who has consistently translated strategy into action, challenge into opportunity, and experience into excellence.
