    Previously, Nandika served as Head of the CEO Investor Forum, a CECP platform that champions long-term value creation in capital markets. She was instrumental in shaping its positioning and expanding its reach among investors and corporate leaders. Her thought leadership in this role reinforced the importance of transparent, forward-looking disclosures that go beyond financials—highlighting ESG factors and corporate purpose as fundamental to investment decisions.

    Before joining CECP, Nandika spent over six years at MetLife, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Corporate Responsibility. At MetLife Foundation, For the MetLife Foundation, she led global brand strategy, managed a multi-million-dollar campaign, and produced award-winning content promoting financial inclusion. She collaborated with The Wall Street Journal to launch Multipliers of Prosperity, a multimedia platform that reached millions worldwide and earned multiple accolades, including Telly and W3 Awards.

    At Citigroup, Nandika served for over a decade as Senior Vice President, Communications for Citi Community Development & Microfinance. Her strategic communication campaigns—such as Kindergarten to College and Money Matters—helped transform public-private partnerships into scalable programs addressing economic inequality. Her ability to turn complex policy into compelling narratives became a hallmark of her work, bridging communities, policymakers, and corporations.

    Nandika’s expertise also spans journalism, having started her career as a reporter and editor with major Indian publications like The Times of India and The Telegraph. These early roles honed her storytelling acumen and established the foundation for a lifelong commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices. Her work across India and North America gave her a rare cross-cultural lens that she continues to bring to her leadership roles today.

    She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Delhi University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Lady Shriram College. Throughout her academic journey, Nandika was actively involved in debate, film societies, and community service—showcasing an early inclination toward civic engagement and narrative leadership.
