He has a proven track record of success in financing acquisitions, re-caps, corporate restructuring, and managing distressed business assets, both in and out of bankruptcy.
Throughout his career, Michael has led regional offices for financial institutions in Michigan, Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania, generating over $750 million in new loans to middle-market and mid-corporate borrowers. His expertise extends to managing private equity-sponsored cash flow and asset-based lending (ABL) portfolios, with significant experience in distressed business financing. As a CPA, Michael is adept in internal auditing, collateral examination, and cash flow analysis, allowing him to provide comprehensive financial solutions for companies across various industries.
Currently, Michael is the founder of P-Tech Management LLC, a firm specializing in originating and managing business and real estate investments. He also serves as a Director with O’Keefe Consulting and Corporate Finance, where he advises businesses on strategic growth, capital raising, and turnaround consulting. His investment banking licenses, Series 79 and 63, along with his MBA from Kellogg School of Management and international studies at Middlesex University, provide a solid foundation for his strategic and financial acumen.
