In his current roles, Micah oversees strategic direction, operations, and business development efforts for organizations focused on delivering forward-thinking retirement solutions to institutions, advisors, and plan sponsors. His leadership at Madison Retirement Holdings is marked by a clear vision for modernizing retirement planning, strengthening fiduciary relationships, and building high-performance cultures. At MAP Retirement, he works closely with partners to deliver tailored, consultative plan designs that meet the evolving needs of both clients and markets.
Previously, Micah served as Chief Revenue Officer for EDGECo Holdings, Inc., where he led sales and business development for the firm’s retirement and trust division, AmericanTCS. During his nearly six-year tenure, he played a critical role on the executive team, helping guide the company through major private equity-backed growth initiatives, including acquisitions and national expansion. His ability to lead complex sales teams, navigate M&A strategy, and align product offerings with client outcomes was a key factor in EDGECo’s accelerated success.
Earlier in his career, Micah held executive and senior leadership roles across several prominent financial institutions. At Newport Group, he served as Senior Vice President and National Sales Director, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s national qualified plan sales, client service, and strategic partnerships. He helped lead Newport Group to grow its platform to over $100 billion in assets under administration, serving more than one million participants. Before that, he was Vice President of U.S. Distribution for Retirement Plan Services at BMO Global Asset Management, where he oversaw client engagement, sales strategy, and communications while also participating in the sale of the business to OneAmerica. He spent over a decade at CUNA Mutual Group as Director of Institutional Sales, where he expanded his expertise in financial advisory services and long-term relationship management. Micah began his career at U.S. Bank, where he served as a Regional Sales Specialist and quickly proved himself as a rising talent in institutional finance.
Micah holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Edgewood College (where he graduated in May of 2001) and is licensed with Series 7, 6, 63, and 26 credentials, as well as a Wisconsin Life Insurance License. His qualifications reflect a commitment to fiduciary responsibility and regulatory compliance, adding to his strong foundation as a trusted leader in the retirement and investment space.
In addition to his professional achievements, Micah is passionate about giving back to his community and advancing financial literacy. He currently serves on the Financial Literacy Council for Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers, where he helps develop statewide financial education initiatives aimed at improving economic access and understanding. He is also an advisory board member for the Rosenberry Society through United Way of Dane County, where he supports programs focused on youth opportunity and social service engagement.

He was honored with the Key Account Manager of the Year award, recognizing his ability to build and maintain high-value relationships in complex business environments.
