She is the founder and owner of Stett Transportation, a Cincinnati-based third-party logistics company specializing in the shipment of liquid bulk products across the United States and Canada. Lynn founded the company in 1995, starting from a folding table in her basement while balancing motherhood. Initially envisioned as a part-time income opportunity, Stett quickly grew under her leadership into a thriving enterprise recognized on the Inc. 5000 list and by the Cincinnati Business Courier as one of the region’s “Best Places to Work.” Over the past 30 years, she has spearheaded Stett’s expansion, guided its strategic planning, led talent development initiatives, and maintained a relentless focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Lynn’s impact extends far beyond her own company. As a long-standing member and former global chair of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO)—a prestigious network of more than 18,000 business founders across 75+ countries—Lynn has helped shape the global conversation on entrepreneurship and business growth. Her EO journey began in 2012 as a local chapter member, but her passion for leadership and community saw her ascend through multiple leadership roles, including chapter president, regional leader, global board director, chair-elect, and ultimately global chair from 2023–2024. In this capacity, she worked closely with the EO CEO and global executive team, overseeing strategic planning, board governance, and international member engagement.
Lynn’s board and advisory experience spans over seven years of global board service, as well as active participation on nonprofit and alumni boards. She is a certified high performance board director through IMD and holds an entrepreneurial master’s program certificate from MIT Professional Education. Her expertise includes business strategy, operations, scaling, forecasting, budgeting, sales process development, supply chain, logistics, and organizational team building. She is particularly passionate about mentoring and coaching emerging leaders and helping organizations transition through growth phases with intention and integrity.
An internationally recognized speaker, Lynn has delivered keynote addresses and participated in panels at global conferences, fundraisers, and industry forums. In addition to her business and board leadership, Lynn is the founder of Stett4Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged youth in Cincinnati pursue their ambitions. Now in the next phase of her professional journey, Lynn has transitioned day-to-day operations of her company to a successor and stepped down from her global board role.
