Lee currently serves as the Director of Technology & Transformation at BDO USA, where he leads high-impact initiatives supporting federal and nonprofit clients. In this role, he blends strategic thinking with technological depth to deliver curated solutions that empower organizations to navigate complexity and scale with intention. His approach is defined by empathy, precision, and a deep understanding of both systems and people.

He is also the Co-Founder of Curated Automation, a boutique consultancy specializing in Smartsheet solutions, automation, and strategic enablement. As a Gold Smartsheet Solution Partner and Bronze InvGate Solution Partner, Curated Automation reflects Lee’s commitment to helping organizations access better data, insights, and transformation through tailored, agile solutions.

Prior to BDO and Curated Automation, Lee held executive and leadership roles at CrossVue, Collaborative Solutions, and OneSource Virtual. He led Workday innovation teams, drove enterprise-wide data and analytics strategies, and developed scalable testing and delivery frameworks. Across these roles, he became known for championing strategic clarity, program accountability, and cross-functional collaboration in some of the most complex Workday implementations across sectors.

Beyond his corporate and consulting success, Lee has served in the Army National Guard for over 17 years, where he currently supports human resource management for brigade-level operations. His military career has cultivated his resilience, adaptability, and deep sense of duty—qualities he seamlessly brings into his business leadership and mentoring engagements.

Lee’s voice in the industry is well-respected. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and a frequent speaker at SHRM and leadership forums, where he shares insights on topics such as digital transformation, Workday innovation, testing strategy, and military-to-civilian workforce transitions.
