He is also the Co-Founder of Curated Automation, a boutique consultancy specializing in Smartsheet solutions, automation, and strategic enablement. Prior to BDO and Curated Automation, Lee held executive and leadership roles at CrossVue, Collaborative Solutions, and OneSource Virtual. He led Workday innovation teams, drove enterprise-wide data and analytics strategies, and developed scalable testing and delivery frameworks. Across these roles, he became known for championing strategic clarity, program accountability, and cross-functional collaboration in some of the most complex Workday implementations across sectors.
Beyond his corporate and consulting success, Lee has served in the Army National Guard for over 17 years, where he currently supports human resource management for brigade-level operations. His military career has cultivated his resilience, adaptability, and deep sense of duty—qualities he seamlessly brings into his business leadership and mentoring engagements.
