As Vice President of Product at XOi, a rapidly scaling technology company, Lee has been instrumental in the company’s exponential growth, playing a pivotal role in driving its ARR to grow 10x in 5 years. His strategic guidance helped secure a $230 million investment from KKR and fueled a successful acquisition, cementing XOi’s position as a leader in its field. Lee’s portfolio includes the development of market-unique generative AI features, which have significantly enhanced technician productivity and elevated customer satisfaction—without requiring a single user workflow change.

A firm believer in solving the Most Valuable Problem (MVP), Lee blends design thinking with rigorous validation frameworks, increasing his team’s research output tenfold while systematically reducing risk. Whether through ethnographic research or continuous iteration, Lee ensures that each solution his team delivers is grounded in user needs and optimized for strategic business outcomes. His “Learning With Your Boots On” initiative at XOi introduced a company-wide immersion into the field technician experience, fostering empathy and deepening the organization’s understanding of its end users.

Before stepping into executive leadership, Lee built XOi’s product management function from the ground up. Starting as a Senior Product Manager in 2020, he architected foundational processes and culture that prioritized clarity, accountability, and innovation. His climb through the ranks—Director, Senior Director, and now VP—reflects his unmatched ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor rising talent, and align product vision with company-wide goals.

Prior to his tenure at XOi, Lee held product and design leadership roles at 360 View and MediaShout, where he consistently transformed product roadmaps into revenue. At 360 View, he led a comprehensive redesign of the company’s FinTech CRM platform, migrating the legacy system to a modern, cloud-based infrastructure. At MediaShout, he orchestrated a 300% revenue increase by launching a recurring revenue model and successfully steering a content subscription product to market.

Lee is also the founder of Spun It, a passion project turned polished mobile app that allows vinyl record enthusiasts to track and share their spins. Spun It merges his love for music and product design, exemplifying how his creative roots continue to shape his innovative approach to technology. The app has earned a 4.9-star rating and a growing user base, driven by its intuitive UX and authentic community focus.

Before his product career, Lee worked in the music industry as a producer, recording engineer, and digital editor, contributing to gold and platinum albums for artists such as India.Arie, MercyMe, Johnny Lang, and Michael W. Smith. His studio experience cultivated a high-performance mindset and an obsession with delivering excellence under pressure—skills that have translated seamlessly into his work in product strategy and team leadership.

Lee holds a certification in Designing and Building AI Products and Services from MIT and completed programs in UX Management and Information Visualization from the Interaction Design Foundation.
