Under his leadership, the organization achieved a 22 percent increase in overall sales while simultaneously reducing raw material costs by 26 percent through strategic vendor negotiations and supply chain improvements. Prior to this role, Kyle held several executive leadership positions at AFG Holdings Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in reshaping the company’s industrial business units. Kyle also served as President of NRG Technologies, where he held full P&L responsibility for four manufacturing facilities supporting the upstream oil and gas fracturing industry. In this capacity, he oversaw operations, commercial strategy, and technology deployment. His leadership enabled the organization to strengthen its market position while introducing innovative solutions that improved operational efficiency and reduced environmental impact, including electric fracturing technology that significantly lowered emissions and capital requirements.

Earlier in his tenure with AFG Holdings, Kyle served as President of the Industrial Group, where he successfully led a major operational turnaround. When he assumed leadership, the business unit was facing financial challenges and operational inefficiencies. Within a short period, Kyle transformed the organization from a $1 million quarterly loss into a $14 million profit and ultimately helped deliver $43 million in EBITDA the following year. His strategic restructuring, operational discipline, and team leadership were instrumental in revitalizing the business and restoring long-term stability.

Kyle’s commercial leadership experience also includes serving as Director of Global Sales for PCC Energy Group, where he oversaw oil and gas sales organizations for five companies generating more than $900 million in revenue. During this time, he led initiatives that dramatically expanded market share and revenue growth, including increasing revenue at Special Metals Corporation by 21 percent and expanding Wyman Gordon’s oil and gas business from $15 million to $250 million within a single year. His ability to identify emerging opportunities and guide teams toward ambitious goals has been a consistent hallmark of his leadership.

Earlier in his career, Kyle served as President and CEO of R3 Industries, a privately held diversified industrial company. In this role, he oversaw corporate strategy, operations, capital planning, and commercialization across multiple business units operating in oil and gas, specialty chemicals, fuel technologies, and international logistics. This experience strengthened his entrepreneurial perspective and gave him deep insight into the challenges faced by privately held and growth-stage organizations.

Kyle began his professional journey working with major industrial and petrochemical organizations including BJ Services, GE Water & Process Technologies, and Nalco, where he developed expertise managing large refinery and petrochemical accounts. These early experiences laid the foundation for his long-term success in the energy and industrial sectors, helping him build strong technical knowledge alongside his commercial and leadership capabilities.

In addition to his executive leadership career, Kyle has been actively involved in governance and community leadership. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Score Industrial Solutions and Rafter JR3 Holdings LLC, where he provides strategic oversight and guidance to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
