Kevin Mullen is a distinguished labor and employment attorney with over two decades of experience specializing in employment litigation, advisory services, and mediation. Kevin began his legal career as an Honors Attorney with the Office of the Texas Attorney General, defending the constitutionality of state programs and representing state agencies in employment discrimination cases.

He previously served as the Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Austin Bar Association and he currently serves as Chairman of the Municipal Civil Service Commission for the City of Austin. Outside of his professional endeavors, Kevin is deeply engaged in his community. He has been a youth basketball coach since 2015, and he enjoys running, reading spy novels, and spending time with his family. Kevin and his wife, Angela, reside in the Westlake area of Austin with their two children.
