Her commitment to education also led her into the classroom as a Certified Teacher with Mesa Public Schools, where she planned and implemented curriculum aligned with national standards while managing the educational experience of more than 170 students. She fostered positive classroom environments through proactive leadership, behavioral support strategies, and meaningful collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues. Her experience as an educator reinforced her conviction that exceptional leadership is rooted in empathy, continuous learning, accountability, and the ability to recognize the unique strengths within every individual.
