Jonathan Louis brings decades of proven expertise in business development, mergers & acquisitions, financial planning, and operational efficiency. As the founder and CEO of two successful companies in Massachusetts and Florida, he possesses a proven track record of building, selling, and is now successfully reactivating his third company – Allright Ranch, Inc. in 2025.
From 2004 to 2019, prior to the sale of his Florida company, Mr. Louis served as Chairman and CEO of American Management Group and its subsidiary, Association Specialty Group, overseeing complex organizational structures across a wide region from South Beach, Miami, to Orlando, Florida. The addition of a partner in 2009 significantly contributed to the company’s success, culminating in Association Specialty Group’s three-year appearance on the prestigious Gator 100 List, with annual growth of 25% to 50%.
In 2019, Mr. Louis sold his company to RealManage making them the 4th largest privately held company in the nation. He joined RealManage as National President, Business Development & Merger Acquisitions, and through a combination of organic and M & A Sales, along with the Founder/CEO and President of the company’s M & A efforts, RealManage became the 3rd largest management firm in the nation.
A recognized expert in mergers and acquisitions, Jonathan has successfully led complex M&A transactions that created synergy, unlocked value, and delivered growth. His depth of knowledge in financial planning, staff development, operational systems, and revenue generation has consistently exceeded client and investor expectations. He is known for seeing around corners—anticipating industry trends and developing forward-thinking strategies that drive transformation.
Jonathan’s leadership also extends to hospitality management, where he spent over a decade operating hotels, resorts, and restaurants across the U.S. and internationally. His notable success in building and managing a 275-person operation in New England, including properties in Maine, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket, demonstrates his operational excellence at scale. He has led guest services, hotel operations, and staff development initiatives in 5 countries and 12 states, making him a truly global leader in his field. His international exposure includes business engagements in Singapore, Brussels, the UK and China where he expanded his understanding of cultural nuances, global operations, and customer service excellence. These experiences have given him a holistic, multicultural view of business leadership.
Jonathan’s expertise is underscored by his prestigious industry certifications, including CFBE® – from the American Hotel Motel Association; CMCA®, AMS®, LSM®, PCAM® – from the Community Association Institute; CCAM®, and CAMEx® – from the California Association of Community Managers. He is a dedicated community leader, serving as a Founding Member and Past President of the Martha’s Vineyard Rotary Club and a former Chairman and Member of the Board for the BBB Serving SE Florida and the Caribbean.
