John J. Klee is a highly experienced global business advisor, and financial executive whose career spans nearly four decades helping multinational organizations navigate growth, transformation, and other complex business challenges. During his 38 year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, he became a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, boards of directors, and stakeholders, combining financial expertise, operational leadership, and strategic insight to guide organizations through mergers and acquisitions, finance transformation, restructuring, and enterprise strategy.

John began his career in the audit and assurance practice at Price Waterhouse, where he developed deep expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, public offerings, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, and cross border transactions across the United States and Europe. After being admitted to the Price Waterhouse partnership in 1992, he transitioned into Advisory services, helping Fortune 500 companies execute major business initiatives involving acquisitions, integrations, finance modernization, shared services, cost optimization, and organizational transformation. His clients included General Electric, Goodyear, PepsiCo, Eastman Kodak, Mars, United Rentals, Raytheon, CDR, ABB, Rio Tinto, and other leading global organizations.

One of John’s greatest strengths has been guiding companies through complex change initiatives. He understands that successful transactions require far more than financial analysis, combining disciplined integration planning, operational alignment, and cultural transformation to preserve enterprise value and position organizations for sustainable growth.

John also brings extensive international experience, having spent more than five years living and working in London UK , leading restructuring initiatives and collaborating with multicultural teams throughout Europe. His global perspective has strengthened his ability to build trusted relationships across diverse regulatory, economic, and cultural environments while providing balanced leadership and governance.

As Global Lead Client Advisory Partner, John led PwC’s largest global client relationship, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across finance, operations, technology, and digital transformation. He also helped establish PwC’s strategic collaboration with this client, positioning the firm at the forefront of Industrial Internet of Things consulting.

Today, John brings a seasoned global perspective, and expertise built over many years in finance, M&A, governance, enterprise risk, and strategic transformation.
