Jeremy currently serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Progress Software, where he leads one of the organization’s most strategic growth functions. Prior to joining Progress, Jeremy served as Global Head of Corporate Development and Vice President of Corporate Development at LogMeIn, where he advised senior executives on mergers and acquisitions, investments, valuation strategy, and strategic growth initiatives. He played a critical role in evaluating opportunities that strengthened the company’s technology portfolio while leading transaction negotiations and integration efforts, including its transformative $1.8B merger with Citrix’s GoTo assets and its ultimate sale to Francisco Partners for $4.3B. Earlier in his career, Jeremy spent sixteen years at Akamai Technologies, where he built extensive expertise in corporate development, strategic investments, joint ventures, international expansion, business development, and strategic partnerships during one of the most significant periods of growth in the Company’s history. His professional foundation was established as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed the analytical and financial disciplines that continue to shape his strategic approach today.
