Her early work at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in structured finance, followed by experience in employment and commercial litigation at Adams and Reese, sharpened her ability to navigate complex regulatory and operational matters. By the time she joined Pool Corporation in 2003, she had built the skills necessary not only to protect an organization’s interests but to drive its future through bold and strategic counsel.

Jennifer quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Corporate Secretary and ultimately joining the executive team as Chief Legal Officer and SVP. At PoolCorp, she has been instrumental in managing the legal and operational implications of the company’s explosive growth. Her guidance spans across more than 60 domestic and international acquisitions, the management of over 440 facilities across North America, and oversight of a global fleet exceeding 5,000 units. Her work ensures regulatory compliance, real estate development, HR advisement, litigation oversight, and intellectual property protection all function with synchrony.
