John J. Crowley III is a results-oriented entrepreneur and financial executive with a strong record in operations leadership, investment advisory, and technology integration. He is the Founder and Managing Member of NexLink, LLC, an AI-powered maritime logistics platform at the cutting edge of supply chain and automation innovation.
Before launching NexLink, John was a Shareholder and Director of Operations at Mitchell McLeod Pugh & Williams, Inc., a registered investment advisory firm. There, he led strategic efforts that modernized the firm’s infrastructure, improved compliance workflows, and increased overall scalability. Starting as an Operations Trainee in 2020, he quickly advanced to senior leadership and took on shareholder responsibilities in early 2023.
Earlier in his career, John developed his technical accounting skills at Crow Shields Bailey PC, rising from intern to senior accountant. This experience gave him a strong understanding of corporate finance, tax strategy, and financial reporting—skills that still guide his leadership today.
