Frank’s international exposure includes deep engagements in Brazil and Italy, where he has leveraged his fluency in Portuguese and limited working proficiency in Italian to strengthen global partnerships.

    Frank’s tenure as Powertrain Director at Next Autoworks Company highlights his expertise in powertrain platform integration, engineering, and program management. Managing a team of over 90 resources, he was responsible for the engineering, testing, and certification of alternative powertrain technologies. His leadership was crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of these technologies into the broader vehicle development lifecycle, while also ensuring compliance with rigorous EPA and ARB certification standards.

    In his earlier career at Chrysler LLC and Global Engine Manufacturing Alliance (GEMA), Frank held several key roles, including Staff Engineering Manager and Operations Manager.
