With over 30 years of distinguished experience in enterprise IT consulting, Douglas (Doug) Gattuso has built a career defined by business transformation, innovation, and global leadership. He currently serves as Head of Consulting Services for MHP – A Porsche Company, where he leads complex digital initiatives that accelerate success for clients in the mobility and manufacturing sectors. Doug is widely recognized as a trusted advisor for his deep expertise in IT strategy, operations, digital transformation, and global ERP implementations.
Prior to his current role, Doug held dual executive positions within MHP Americas—first as Head of Managed Services & Global Sourcing, where he scaled cross-border delivery capabilities in alignment with MHP’s mission to shape the digital future. His ability to lead high-performing global delivery teams and drive operational excellence has been honed across leadership roles at multinational consultancies, mid-sized enterprises, and fast-growing startups.
Doug previously served as Senior Vice President for Master Data at Prometheus Group, following its acquisition of Utopia Global, where he was Chief Customer Officer. In this role, he led clients through enterprise-wide data transformations focused on data governance, integrity, and SAP migrations. His leadership helped establish Utopia as a global leader in SAP Master Data Management for Enterprise Asset Management, worldwide.
Earlier in his career, Doug served as President of NEORIS USA and later as SVP and Global Account Leader for NEORIS’ parent company. While based in Prague, he managed global delivery operations across Mexico, India, the U.S., and Europe, significantly growing key development services by leveraging an integrated best-shore delivery model and software-driven consulting innovation.
Doug began his career at industry leaders Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Electronic Data Systems (EDS), holding sales and operational leadership roles that laid the foundation for his long-standing success in IT service delivery and strategic business development.
A proud former U.S. Marine Corps Captain, Doug served as an Aviation Logistics Officer, where he developed the leadership principles that continue to define his professional ethos. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sciences from the United States Naval Academy, combining technical acumen with a disciplined, mission-driven approach to executive leadership.
