Donna’s professional journey began after earning a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Economics from Swarthmore College. Early in her career, she served as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School, where she conducted research on how companies adapt to technological disruption, changing markets, and large-scale organizational change. Her work took her around the world studying companies navigating major industry shifts, laying the foundation for a career helping leaders navigate strategic inflection points and transformational change.

Throughout her career, Donna has held executive leadership roles at some of the world’s most influential consumer technology companies, including Yahoo, Airbnb, and Stitch Fix. At Yahoo, she helped pioneer internet-scale personalization, shaping customer experiences that influenced millions of users and established many of the principles now standard across consumer technology. At Airbnb, she led Product for Host & Homes, overseeing one of the company’s largest product organizations while incubating Airbnb Plus and leading initiatives focused on marketplace quality, trust, and regulatory compliance. At Stitch Fix, Donna partnered with Corporate Strategy to expand the company’s product portfolio and business model through new product lines, international expansion, AI-driven personalization, and new shopping experiences.

In 2020, Donna shifted her focus to digital health, bringing her consumer technology expertise to organizations transforming the delivery of healthcare. As Chief Product Officer at Teladoc Health, she unified multiple product organizations created through acquisitions, expanded the company into Primary Care, and led the integration of Livongo into a unified virtual care platform supporting the company’s vision of whole-person care. At WeightWatchers, she led Product Management, Engineering, Design, User Research, Clinical Operations, Community, and Customer Support, unifying the consumer and clinical organizations following the acquisition of Sequence and introducing the company’s first AI-powered member experiences to strengthen engagement, retention, and long-term growth.

Today, Donna serves as a fractional Chief Product & Technology Officer, Venture Partner, and strategic advisor to CEOs, founders, and executive teams. She helps organizations identify strategic opportunities, remove organizational friction, and build the capabilities required to scale successfully through product strategy, organizational transformation, AI, digital health, and consumer technology. She is also interested in board opportunities with consumer technology, digital health, AI-enabled software, marketplaces, and growth-stage companies navigating periods of transformation.

In addition to her executive leadership accomplishments, Donna has served on the boards of Enterprise for Youth and Girls in Tech. She remains passionate about mentoring founders and emerging leaders while supporting organizations navigating their next stage of growth.
