David Krach is a dynamic and accomplished executive whose professional journey has spanned more than three and a half decades across software, mergers and acquisitions, and entrepreneurial ventures. With an enduring passion for growing companies, developing teams, and structuring transformative business transactions, David has built an extraordinary reputation as a leader who thrives in both the operational trenches and the high-stakes world of corporate strategy. His career reflects an unmatched ability to start, scale, and sell businesses while forging long-term relationships that continue to define his professional and personal legacy.
From the very start of his career, David demonstrated a rare balance of technical acumen and sales-driven leadership. Armed with a degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University, he quickly entered the software industry, where his ability to understand complex systems and translate them into customer value propelled him into senior roles. Over the course of 18 years, he served as a consultant, account manager, enterprise software executive, and director of sales. At every stage, David exceeded his quotas and consistently delivered strong performance for Fortune 500 companies and middle-market organizations alike. His ability to merge technical expertise with persuasive communication set him apart early on and laid the foundation for his future entrepreneurial achievements.
The pinnacle of his software career came when he founded Computer Telephony Integrators (CTI, Inc.). With vision, energy, and an unrelenting drive to build something extraordinary, David grew CTI from the ground up into a thriving company of 75 employees in less than three years. The business quickly established itself as a trusted provider of software and professional services to leading corporations, and its rapid success culminated in a sale valued at over $4 million. This milestone solidified David’s reputation as a founder capable of translating opportunity into sustainable success. It also ignited his enduring love of entrepreneurship and set him on a path that would define the second half of his career.
In 2005, David pivoted to focus on mergers and acquisitions, establishing Pac-West Resources Group. As Managing Director, he purchased a franchise from Business Brokers Network and built a respected business brokerage specializing in mid-market deals. Over the next decade, he facilitated the sale of multiple companies annually, with transaction values ranging from $4 million to $28 million. His work extended beyond selling businesses, as he partnered with nationally recognized private equity funds—including Elm Street Capital Partners, Blue Point Capital, and The Barish Group—as a trusted buy-side advisor. In this role, David sourced and secured companies that aligned with portfolio strategies, demonstrating both his tenacity in deal sourcing and his credibility with high-level investors.
David’s entrepreneurial spirit remained as strong as ever during this period. Beyond brokering transactions, he co-founded Skyline Wireless, a cell tower construction and antenna installation company. Within two years, Skyline was generating over $1.4 million in profit, and the company went on to deliver services for major players such as Sprint, Verizon, and General Dynamics. He later sold his share in the company after making it a profitable and sustainable enterprise. David also demonstrated his versatility by managing and transforming a large estate in Maui, turning it into a profitable rental property while simultaneously overseeing M&A transactions across multiple states.
In more recent years, David has continued to expand his influence in the world of private equity and mid-market business growth. With Elm Street Capital Partners, he has served as both a director of business development and a buy-side advisor, sourcing deals that ranged from oil and gas services to ship servicing and organic soil companies. His relentless ability to connect with owners, build trust, and negotiate favorable outcomes has been a key driver of Elm Street’s acquisition success. He has also played a pivotal role in helping portfolio companies expand their market reach, most notably by growing Good Earth Organics through acquisitions and distributor partnerships.
Currently, David serves part-time as a Vice-President for Elm Street Capital Partners sourcing companies and at the same time serves as a part-time Partner and Board Member at Legit Meter, LLC, where he has been instrumental in preparing the company for a potential sale. His contributions include straightening-up the financial records to match tax-returns, developing sales strategies, supporting IT Integration, and arranging SBA and other types of financing to strengthen the company’s short-term growth and long-term position. In this role, as in every other, David brings his deep understanding of operational efficiency, sales excellence, and financial acumen to guide organizations toward sustainable growth and strategic outcomes.
Across his career, David has consistently shown himself to be not just a dealmaker, but also a builder of enduring relationships. His colleagues and partners describe him as relentless in his pursuit of opportunities, deeply personable in his approach, and uniquely skilled at guiding even the most complex transactions to closure. He thrives on the challenge of aligning the interests of diverse stakeholders, whether business owners, investors, or corporate executives, and ensuring that deals are structured to create long-term value for all parties involved.
Beyond his business career, David is a passionate advocate for service and community impact. As a volunteer with Glory to God Missions, he has contributed time and expertise to initiatives that provide food, shelter, jobs, and medical support to underserved populations in Mexico, the Philippines, and Indiana. This commitment to helping others reflects the same values that guide his professional life—integrity, perseverance, and the belief that strong relationships are the foundation for meaningful impact.
At his core, David is a lifelong learner and fitness enthusiast. Whether training in the gym, golfing at an 8 handicap, or studying the latest trends in technology and M&A, he remains committed to personal and professional growth. His journey has been marked by adaptability, resilience, and a genuine love for building businesses that endure. Today, with over 35 years of experience and a wealth of accomplishments, David is well-positioned to contribute his expertise at the board level, helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and exit strategies with confidence and vision.
