David Jennings is a seasoned Executive Leadership Coach, transformation leader, and management consultant with more than 30 years of experience guiding organizations through complex change, business evolution, and culture transformation. With a deep background spanning product development, lean-agile transformation, global project delivery, and executive coaching, David has partnered with Fortune 50 companies, mid-sized enterprises, and innovative startups to align leadership, streamline operations, and elevate performance. His career reflects a unique combination of technical acumen, strategic insight, and human-centered leadership that drives sustainable impact across diverse industries including technology, healthcare, government, financial services, and energy.

Currently serving as Lead Agile Transformation Coach at AT&T, David is spearheading enterprise-wide operating model changes affecting more than 3,000 employees and global teams. He also brings his coaching expertise to engagements with Torch, Envision Global Leadership, and AceUp, where he supports established and emerging senior leaders across sectors including fintech, biotech, social media, pharma, and government. Throughout his career, David has led enterprise agile transformations for major clients including Visa, PayPal, Microsoft, Starbucks, T-Mobile, and Farmers Insurance. As a senior consultant and transformation coach with firms like cPrime, Point B, and Strong-Bridge Envision, he has played a key role in organizational redesigns, portfolio management evolution, technology migrations, and strategic change initiatives—often managing large project portfolios with global implications. David’s work consistently transforms value streams and redefines how companies operate, collaborate, and deliver.

As Owner of Rainier Technology Partners and Rainier Renewable Energy, David has also built and led businesses in both the consulting and sustainability sectors, designing and delivering renewable energy systems and providing tailored strategy and transformation services to growing technology organizations. His previous tenure at Microsoft saw him lead commercial sales technical support, competitive product marketing, and operations, bringing a strong foundation in product leadership and enterprise strategy.

David is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Team Coach (ACTC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds a wide range of certifications in agile frameworks, change management, leadership assessments, and team dynamics. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an MBA from Seattle University. He is also a licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in the State of Washington.
