As Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Delta Dental of Arkansas, he led initiatives that strengthened customer experience, modernized digital infrastructure, and elevated the organization’s voice on issues related to oral health access, preventive care, and health equity. His broader career includes leadership roles at Anthem (now Elevance Health), Colonial Life, and First Citizens Bank, where he helped organizations modernize digital capabilities, transform go-to-market strategies, strengthen executive communications, and develop brand platforms that resonated with diverse stakeholders.

Dave is widely recognized for his thought leadership in customer experience, digital transformation, and health communication. He has authored op-eds, contributed to the Healthcare Journal of Arkansas, built statewide media partnerships, and advised executives and policymakers on issues shaping the future of healthcare engagement. Dave also brings deep nonprofit leadership experience through eight years of service on the Board of Directors of the Thea Foundation, including three years as Board President. During his tenure, he helped expand arts programs supporting public school teachers and students, strengthen scholarship pathways for aspiring young artists, and guide the Foundation through the financial challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic without reductions in staffing or programming. He also played a key role in securing a multi-million-dollar endowment that ensures the Foundation’s long-term sustainability and future impact.
